A last minute cancellation or a misseda appointment creates a gap in the professional's schedule, who could have offered that time allocated to you to another patient in need. Therefore, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to help us serve you better. Failing to adhere to this notice period, the clinic will be obliged to charge you 50% of the consultation fee. Please note that an invoice will be sent to you, and the fees must be settled before scheduling your next appointment.
